1. Do you ship outside Lebanon?
No, we currently ship only within Lebanon.
2. How much is the delivery fee?
We charge a flat delivery fee of USD 5 on all orders across Lebanon.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days.
4. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All our products come with an official manufacturer’s warranty, valid in Lebanon. Warranty terms may vary by brand.
5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. Can I return a product?
Yes, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

Yes. We work only with official distributors in Lebanon. All items are 100% original and come sealed with warranty.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
