    House of Appliances is an online retailer of premium kitchen and home appliances, operating from Beirut, Lebanon. All products are sourced from official distributors and include an official warranty.

    2. Eligibility

    By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

    • You are at least 18 years old.

    • You are providing accurate and up-to-date information for billing and delivery.

    3. Orders & Payments

    • Orders are confirmed once placed on the website and will be processed within 1–2 business days.

    • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), OMT / Whish transfers,

    • An official receipt is provided with every purchase.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    • We ship exclusively within Lebanon.

    • A flat delivery fee of USD 5 applies to all orders.

    • Delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days after processing.

    5. Returns & Refunds

    • Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.

    • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or store credit.

    6. Warranty

    All products sold by House of Appliances come with an official manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage and duration depend on the brand and product category.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    We strive to provide accurate product information. However, House of Appliances is not liable for minor discrepancies in product descriptions, images, or specifications provided by suppliers.
