Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives, available across Lebanon.

• OMT / Whish Transfer – Payments can be made via OMT/Whish; orders are shipped once payment confirmation is received

Payment Security

• We never store your full card details or banking information on our servers.

• Customers receive an official invoice/receipt with every purchase.

Refunds

If an order is returned or cancelled according to our Refund Policy, the refund will be processed via the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the payment method used.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, we may request additional verification for certain orders. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled, with payments fully refunded.
