Shipping Coverage: We are pleased to offer shipping services exclusively within Lebanon. Currently, we do not ship outside Lebanon.

Delivery Fees: For small appliances, a flat delivery fee of 5 USD applies to all orders, regardless of your location within Lebanon.

Delivery Time: Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you promptly. Delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your specific location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
