A flat shipping fee of $5 applies to all orders within Lebanon. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Lebanon Time) may be processed on the next business day.

C. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days within Lebanon, depending on the delivery location and courier schedule. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

D. Delivery Service

E. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order:

Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

F. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.

G. Damaged Shipments
