At House of Appliances, we deliver to customers all over Lebanon.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier schedules.
We work with trusted local couriers to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Notes:

Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday.

Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Customers are kindly asked to verify their delivery address and phone number when placing the order.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

Proof of purchase (invoice) is required for all returns or exchanges.

Returns due to change of mind are not accepted after the order has been shipped.
Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or phone.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase (or by OMT cash payment for COD orders).
